This outfit consists of a Shawl, Cape and Skirt.
The Shawl is made of navy blue poly/cotton fabric with an all-over red, blue and silver glitter bursting firework design. The Shawl measures 35" across and 21" from shoulder to hem. It is fringed along the bottom with 9" long red satin ribbon.
The Cape is vest front style and it ties in the back. The vest is made of red sequin dot fabric with a silver and blue sequin dot star appliqed on the front and back.
The Skirt is made of the same fabric as the Shawl. It has an elastic waist. The Skirt is 17" long.
