This is a Jacket and Skirt set.

The beautiful royal blue crushed velvet Jacket has silver color concho buttons down the front  and is loaded with fluted studs around the collar, sleeve ends and jacket bottom.  The Jacket has epaulettes on the shoulders which are also beautifully outlined with silver studs.

The lovely Skirt is made of  Silver broomstick velvet that really brings out the silver studs on the Jacket.  It is a straight skirt that flares at the bottom.  It is very elegant. The skirt has an elastic waist and is 40" long.
