This outfit consists of a Shawl, Cape and Skirt.
The Shawl is navy blue light weight polyester. Perfect for the hot summer Powwows. The Shawl is 66" across and 31" from shoulder to hem. It has a red and blue border with stars. The border is outlined with white sequins. There are red striped stars appliqued in the corners.The satin ribbon fringe is 18" long.
The Cape is Vest front style and ties in the back. It is stars and stripes fabric. The back of the Cape is red with a half circle design and a medicine wheel and feathers.
The Skirts is red and has a ruffle. It is 30 1/2" long. The skirt has pockets, a waistband with button and a zipper.
