This is a Two Piece Dress. It consists of a Top and a Sleevless Dress.
The Top is made of light blue fabric lined with dark blue calico fabric. The front and back of the Top have appliqued designs.
There are strips of dark blue fabric with geometric designs going down the sleeve from the shoulder. The sleeves have eagles and roses appliqued in the corners.
The Top is edged with royal blue binding and has a zipper in the front. The Top has white faux leather fringe. The fringe is 27" long. This is the same fringe I have on my dress and I love it because you can just wipe it clean and it hangs really nice!
The Under Dress is sleevless. It is made of black stretch velvet. The bottom of the Dress has three rows of blue ribbon going around it.
The Dress is 54" long.
