The Dress is made of black stretch velvet. It has 3/4 length sleeves with a small sheer black ruffle on the end. The top part of the Dress has a silver glitter floral design on the fabric.  The top front opens like a jacket and it has a little button at the neckline. The top front does not come off.  It is sewed at the shoulder and side seams. Each side of the front has an applique of neon green, hot pink and black and white check.

The top back of the Dress has a single large matching applique.

The bottom of the Dress has a large applique on the front and back.

The bottom has pleats at the sides to allow for movement. They are neon green and will flash really nicely when dancing. 

The Dress has three rows of silver jingles hanging from bright pink trim.

The Dress is 39" from shoulder to hem.

This  dress will fit a girls size 8 to 10 slim.  (Up to a 27 1/2 inch hip)
