The Shawl is made of black polyester fabric. The Shawl has a black and white polka dot, black and white check, hot pink and rainbow strip applique on a white border.  The Shawl measures 70" across and 29" from shoulder to hem.  It is fringed along the bottom and part way up the sides.  Ther rainbow colors satin ribbon fringe is 18" long.

The Cape is vest front style.  It has buttons on the front and ties in the back. It is made of black polka dot polyester fabric. The back of the Cape has a rosette applique on it that matches the Shawl.  It has 6" pink chainette fringe on the edge.

The Skirt is made of black cotton. It has a ruffle on the bottom. The Skirt is 29" long.  The waist is elastic with a zipper and buttons.

This outfit will fit a womans size 8 to 14
