This outfit consists of a Shawl, Cape and Skirt.
The Shawl is made of blue suede fabric with an all over embroidered design of flowers. There are 2 appliques of blue stars and feathers in the corners of the shawl. In the center of the Shawl is a large applique of an eagle with red, white and blue wings. The Shawl measures 72" across and 33 1/2" from shoulder to hem. It is fringed along the bottom and part way up the side. The red, white and blue satin ribbon fringe is 20" long.
The Cape is vest front style and it ties in the back. The vest front is made of red fabric with white stars. On the front are three blue star appliques and two feathers in the center. The back of the Cape is made of red and white striped fabric with blue stars and has two feathers appliqued in the center.
The Skirt is made of the same blue suede fabric as the Shawl. It has a large red flounce edged with white binding. The Skirt is 33 1/2" long. The waist is elastic.
