This is a T-dress.  The sleeves are open at the bottom.  The dress is made of a beautiful shimmery red and gold brocade fabric with an allover rose design.(The fabric does not have solid red parts. That's just the flash off the satin that makes it appear that way.)

The dress is 51" from shoulder to hem.  It is 46" around at the hip.

This dress will fit a womans size 8 to 12
