This outfit consists of a  Red Blouse and a Black Skirt.

The Blouse is made of dark red crushed panne stretch velvet. It buttons up the front with silver color concho buttons. The Blouse has small fluted metal studs on the edges of the collar and cuffs.  The Blouse has a shaped hem. The blouse is 28" long.

The Skirt is made of 100% black cotton.  It has 4 tiers.  The top two tiers have ribbon trim.  The skirt has an elastic waist with a drawstring. The skirt is 34 " long.

This outfit will fit a womans size 10 to 14.
