The Dress is made of  choclate brown velveteen fabric.  It has two shades of pink grosgrain ribbon on the sleeves and around the bottom of the dress.  There are also 6 pink waterbirds appliqued on the bottom of the dress and 1 on each sleeve.

The Cape is made of a beautiful bright pink asian fabric.  It has an all over floral design in gold thread.  The Cape is outlined in gold lame bias.  There are 4 gold lame waterbirds appliqued on it.  In the center of each waterbird is a light pink sequin dot star.

This dress can be worn with or with out the Cape to give you two different looks. 

This dress will fit a womans size 12 to 16
