The Shawl is made of bright lime green sequin dot fabric. The Shawl is lined with fluorescent green fabric. Going across the Shawl in a "V" shape is a black satin border.  Appliqued on this border are designs of green lame, green sequin dot, fluorescent orange and red.  This Shawl is really bright and sparkly! It measures 55" across and 29" from shoulder to hem. It is fringed along the bottom and part way up the side. The black and green satin ribbon fringe is 14" long.

The Cape is vest front style and it ties in the back. The vest front is made of black satin.  There is a qreen lame and sequin dot design appliqued along the neckline.  The back of the Cape is made of black sequin dot fabric with an appliqued design that matches the ones the shawl. 

The Skirt is made of black satin with a green sequin dot ruffle. The Skirt is 24 1/2" long. The waistband is elastic.
