This is a one piece Jingle Dress. It is pull-over style with a button at the neck in the back.
The Dress is made of red stretch velvet. It has three quarter sleeves with a flounce at the end. There is an Elmo Face appliqued on the top front and back of the dress.
The dress has 2 rows of gold jingles on multi-colored bias hanging from Elmo print trim.
There is a flounce on the bottom of the dress. The dress is 24" from shoulder to hem.
