This outfit consists of a Shawl, Cape and Skirt.
The Shawl is made of black fabric with an all over embroidered design of leaves and vines in yellow, red and green. It measures 70" across and 34" from shoulder to hem. It is fringed along the bottom and part way up the side. The black and yellow satin ribbon fringe is 20" long. ( I lightened the photo so the embroidery on the shawl could be seen better. The black background of the shawl is much darker than it appears in the photo.)
The Cape is vest front style and it ties in the back. The vest front is made of yellow satin with gold glitter scattered across it. There are 5 feathers appliqued on the front. The back of the Cape is also made of yellow satin with an appliqued design of two eagles.
The Skirt is made of black rayon/poly fabric and is lined. It has for 4 inverted pleats to allow for those high kicks. There are 3 yellow satin triangles appliqued above each pleat. The Skirt is 32" long. The waist is 38" and has a zipper and button closure.
This outfit will fit a woman's size 14 to 18
